  • We charge your credit card automatically on the 1st of the month for your 3-month ad run. An initial minimum 3-month ad run is required to start. Payment must go through by the end of the billing month, or your ad is subject to removal without notice.
  • We operate on a “continue until forbid” policy. After your initial 3-month ad period, this Agreement will renew automatically, your ad listing(s) will continue, and you will be charged every quarter until we receive written notice of cancellation from you.
  • Cancellations: Written/Email notice of cancellation must be received at least 14 days prior to your next quarterly billing date. No refund is provided for paid ads that are cancelled mid-quarter.
  • County of Maui requires that permit numbers be listed on ads for transient vacation rentals located outside of legally zoned districts. State of Hawaii requires display of a TAT (Transient Accommodations Tax) ID on all ads for transient accommodations.
  • Photo Rights and Permissions: By providing photos to us for your advertisement, you are indicating and agreeing that you own each photo or have obtained the necessary legal right/permission/license to use each photo, and you are granting us permission to publish the photos for the purpose of promoting your business.
  • You assume full responsibility for the legality and accuracy of the images and content you provide to us for your advertisement.
  • Release of Liability: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Maui Accommodations Guide, LLC from all claims, demands, litigation, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) made by any third party, arising directly or indirectly from your advertisement.
  • Mediavine Programmatic Advertising:

Mediavine Programmatic Advertising (Ver 1.1)

The Website works with Mediavine to manage third-party interest-based advertising appearing on the Website. Mediavine serves content and advertisements when you visit the Website, which may use first and third-party cookies. A cookie is a small text file which is sent to your computer or mobile device (referred to in this policy as a “device”) by the web server so that a website can remember some information about your browsing activity on the Website.
